I went in to get Fergie and the best of Prince and found out that Tower's is being shut down. Apparently lagging sales partly due to Internet purchasing through sites like itunes(THANKS ANNIE AND MONIQUE:-) are one of the reasons. Actually I hardly ever buy anything there because It's so expensive but still liked browsing now and then. Oh well, a little part of my childhood just died.

Most of the cars were ok but this one caught my eye. I've always really liked the 41 Willys, it just looks tough. There also was a 55 Chevy truck that I liked but I couldn't get a good picture. No, this isn't a Mustang Annie:-)).

I was skimming through a book about WWII Subs and decided to look up the one docked at Pearl Harbor, the USS Bowfin. During a War patrol the sub followed a 3 ship convoy into a harbor and engaged it. The Bowfin’s first Torpedo salvo missed and ended up hitting a Pier. When the Pier blew up it took a Crane and School Bus with it. Consequently the USS Bowfin is the only US Submarine with a Crane and Bus on its Battle Flag. The Captain reported back to Pearl Harbor and said “Sighted Bus, Sunk Same”. For some reason I find this so funny.

I was working on my Moped when I noticed something furry making its way toward my car. I’ve been having this ongoing problem with feline tracks on my car so I decided to investigate. As I hid behind the car in front of my car it happened, HE JUMPED ON MY CAR AND STARTED TO LAY DOWN!!! As soon as I showed myself the cat just kinda cruised up to me. He meowed and let me play with him, he also let me take pics.

He hung out with me for a little while as I finished up my Moped. Needless to say we’re cool now so he can cruise on my shit…

Here's the SER taillights I mentioned. You can't really tell in the pic but side by side they look way better. The stock ones are Chrome, these are Gunmetal Grey. In the picture you also see the spoiler I had to drill/almost fuck up my trunklid installing. Luckily I(read my friend Jackson) have mad skills so I averted disaster.

The basic premise of the show is 16 Fighters are chosen from smaller Venues across the Nation (sometimes the World) and they fight until there is only 1 and that guy gets a 6 figure UFC Contract. This season the winner of the Middleweight division is from Hawaii (Maui to be exact). His name is Kendall Grove and this kid THROWS DOWN.

Before I tell you the story keep in mind that right now I really don’t want a relationship, and if this is how I flirt I won’t have any problems staying single. So I’m at Foodland shopping for Poke and some other random things when I see this pretty Haole girl. We make eye contact and smile innocently at each other when I see an old friend to my side and we start talking, after that I continue on shopping completely forgetting about the pretty girl. As I approach the Checkout counter with all my stuff I look to my side and see the same girl. We get there at the same time so being a Gentleman I smile and say “You can go”, she smiles and gets inline. As we’re in line she turns and says “I’m Rachelle” and I respond with “Hi, I’m Ray”. So there I am standing there with this stupid smile on my face trying to think of something witty to say but drawing a blank. After she cashes out she turns back again and say “bye”, I reciprocate and she walks out. As I was driving home I thought to myself all the things that I could have or should have done or said but didn’t. Would it have been too forward to ask for a phone #? Rick had all these subjects I could have used to continue the conversation but hindsight is always 20/20, I would have if I wasn’t too busy standing there looking retarded:-/ Oh well, she had a Maikai card so maybe I’ll run into here again someday when I am looking.
